“I have a new life philosophy - to be a happy person. I realized that many aspects about my gaming habits were making my gaming life miserable, which in turn made my overall attitude towards life more miserable. I'm not sure when I changed, or even why, but something inside of me realized that I was causing a lot of frustration, anger, and misery, and that there was no reason for me live life this way. There were many things that I was choosing to do that were causing me unnecessary grief. So I set out to change them. It wasn't easy (and still isn't) but I have already noticed the difference. And I feel that it has improved my life. If you also get angry when playing games I urge you to take a step back and analyse why, and how it is that you are getting upset. And ask yourself questions like - Is there any way that I can change this? Are there aspects inherent to the nature of this genre that I find frustrating? Is it the people I play with? Can I find new people to play with? Are others even the problem, or is it myself? Once you've sat down and realised why it is that you are getting frustrated, I promise you that if you make the effort to go about solving these problems, even if it means that you stop playing that particular game, or even that genre, you will become a happier person.
