“Blogzorz! My name is Sascha, and I am the leader of the Reviewer's Legion. Gaming is very important to me, although I have been told many a time that it is a waste. Games are what keep me sane through stressful times, and I think that they have helped me become more creative. I own pretty much every console, and over the years I have spent countless paychecks on games. I can't say I regret it either. I save money on games by not buying DVD's. You can call me a nerd, but I don't mind. I currently work at Gamestop, and its one of the coolest jobs I have ever had. It beats food service any day. After high school, I plan to attend Penn State University, and earn a degree in Computer Engineering/Programming. I am pretty good at programming right now, but I could use a few classes. I am involved with many other websites other than Gamespot. I am a moderator of Gamescentral.com, and I am the Nintendo Editor at Helmgames.com. I also post review for honestgamers.com when I get a chance. The only online game I play right now is Cybernations. My hobbies other than gaming include writing reviews, watching cheesy kung fu movies, hanging out with friends, playing Magic, writing/ programming game ideas, and eating. My favorite food is Sushi (I am 25% Japanese), and my favorite movie is Battle Royale. I also love watching Mythbusters!!!!! Well, that's me in a few short paragraphs. So much more to tell, so little...uh bandwidth? No, that's not it. 35% COW, 30% LEMMING, 35% SHEEP, 0% HERMIT.
Games are more important than paying for food or paying the bills. The serious collector has made a lifelong investment in the pursuit of having way more games than you do. Ignoring review scores, maintaining few friendships so as not to commit oneself to additional spending on birthdays or holidays, this individual is single-mindedly intent on owning lots and lots of games. A noble pursuit, indeed.
